Booking and Cancellation Policy

The rent is inclusive of: electricity, water, gas, heating, bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, Wi-Fi connection, parking, VAT.

Cost for final cleaning Euro 50,00.

Arrival day: check-in from 4pm to 7pm.

It is absolutely necessary to communicate in advance the exact time of arrival.

Departure day: check-out from 8am to 10am.

It is necessary to specify the exact number of guests at the time of booking and the age of children.

Upon departure, a detailed inspection of the apartment will be carried out for any damage or breakage.

Cancellation policy:

In case of no show, late arrival and early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
